Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges: Only allowed through the online store within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale Items: Non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect.
- Customized Products: No returns or exchanges.
- Retail Outlets: Exchanges for online orders are not available in physical stores.
- Refunds: Available if the product is not exchanged or is unsatisfactory. Delivery charges & government taxes are non-refundable (Rs. 150-180 may apply).
