Return & Exchange Policy
At Elite Wears, we adhere to the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Exchanges
- Products purchased from the Elite Wears Online Store can only be exchanged through the online store.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags (price, care, and hangtags) attached.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable unless a wrong or defective product is delivered.
- Customized Products: Customized cuttings are not eligible for return or exchange as they are made to order.
- Exchanges for online orders are not available at retail outlets.
- The exchange policy is valid within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
Elite Wears reserves the right to deny exchanges in cases including but not limited to:
- Sale items.
- Requests made beyond the 7-day time frame.
- Products damaged due to use.
- Tampered or altered products.
- Customized products (as they are made to order).
Exchange Procedure
- Share your order details, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence of the product within 7 days of delivery.

- Send the product back to us at the address provided, ensuring it is in its original packaging.
Note: Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchanges due to dislike or size issues. Once shipped, kindly share the tracking number or courier slip image with us.
Order Cancellation
- You will receive an automated order verification call. You may cancel your order at this stage.
- For cancellations, you can also contact us via:
- Social Media: Facebook and Instagram Chats.
- Orders can be canceled anytime before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- Elite Wears reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as:
- Out-of-stock items.
- Declined payment via debit/credit card.
If you wish to raise a dispute, notify us within 2-3 days of delivery by emailing us at info@elitewearspk.com
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available if you choose not to exchange or are dissatisfied with the product.
- Delivery charges and government taxes applied by third-party courier services (e.g., TCS) are non-refundable.
- Example: Tax deductions may range from Rs. 150 to Rs. 180, depending on delivery charges.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days after receiving the returned product, subject to inspection for damage or prior washing.
